We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days. If there’s any delay, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. Orders are processed during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return items within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or mistake.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at nancy@rediscovernovascotia.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable. You’ll be responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we’ve received and processed your returned item. Please allow 4-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you don’t receive it within that time frame, please reach out to us, and we’ll assist you.

Exchanges

Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at nancy@rediscovernovascotia.com with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem, whether that means sending a replacement, issuing a refund, or finding another solution.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned, including:

International Orders

For our international customers, please be aware that additional shipping costs and customs fees may apply, depending on your location. Customs processing times can also lead to delays beyond our control.
